The 100 sq meters 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a privileged residence building on the 5th floor in front of a spacy park.It is a sunny apartment with all the rooms viewing directly to the park and to further horizon (the balcony has direct access to that view), without having a road between the entrance of the building and the park ,in a very quiet location, few steps away from local night life. IIn more detail: The apartment: As you enter the apartment (100 sq.m renovated) there is an entrance hall with an open kitchen on the left and a bar with stools. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave and dish washer included).In front, there is a spacy sitting room with a 4K smart tv (neflix channel included), a dining room (big wooden designed oval table with 8 chairs ).In both sitting and dining area you can enjoy the park view and the tranquil open space ,without anything reminding you that you are in the center of a big city. In that area there is also an office table for use of laptop etc. On the right (there are glass doors that can provide privacy) there is a modern, confortable sofa bed, that can accommodate 2 people (210x140 cm). Sofa in the sitting area, dining table, chairs and stools are recently bought from KARE design store. Beside the kitchen there is a small corridor that separates the sitting, dining and kitchen area from the rest apartment. When you open the door to enter to the bedrooms and toilet ,bathroom area, you have on your left a small toilet wc and on the right the one bedroom with 2 single beds (brand new eco mattresses for extra comfort sleep, 200 x90 cm or 3’x 6’66’’ft each) that can be attached ,wardrobe and access to the balcony. Further on the right there is the main bedroom with a 200 x 200 super king size bed (brand new eco mattress for extra comfort sleep size 183 x 203 cm or 6’ x 6’ 66’’ ft) with wardrobe and access to the balcony. Just opposite to that, there is the big bathroom with shower and bath facilities, and at the end of the corridor a small storage area, where there is a washing machine. We are available for any help during your stay! A central neighborhood of Athens, you can easily walk around the area and encounter local stores, galleries, small theaters, restaurants, and bars. Kallimarmaro and Kolonaki also has several parks. The apartment can be accessed very easily from the airport and the port. The metro station (Evangelismos –blue line ) has a direct access from the airport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from the apartment. In case you choose the metro or the bus, carrying heavy luggage, it is recommended to take a taxi from the bus/metro station to the apartment (less than 5 min, costs 3,20 eur), because it is situated uphill (e.g. some steps if you prefer to save distance) ,which is also the reason of the excellent horizon and view of the park. From port of Piraeus around 40 mins away, you take the train towards kifisia(green line), and change at monastiraki station to blue line towards either airport or doukisis plakentias and exit at evagelismos station. There is a private parking 100 m from the apartment. Transportation facilities (from/to the airport with very competitive prices, or day trips or tours) can also be arranged on request. Mattresses for all beds are ECOSLEEP (type BIOREST-new technology layers with advanced foam materials, such as memory foam for extra comfort sleep) Open area is a balcony 12 meters long that can be reachable from all bedrooms and sitting areas with view on the park. There is a strong Wi Fi signal. There are 2 elevators (1 normal and 1 small) in the building with access to the floor (5th). There is a private parking located 100 m from the apartment. Smoking is allowed in open spaces (balcony)

It boasts unobstructed views of the Aegean sea, creating the unique feeling of being on a boat. At dusk the living room is filled with the warm sunset colours! We are very excited about the newest addition to our group of houses! This recently renovated apartment is highly accommodating, elegantly appointed, and has great character and style. There is also the possibility of converting the two sofas either into two single beds or one double bed. There are two master bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is smaller, with two arm chairs that convert into two single beds. The two single beds can be also prepared as one double bed. The third bedroom also features a small en-suite bathroom. Upon a reservation's confirmation the host is always available for any inquiries or pre-arrival arrangements. Staying in one of Nicoletta's houses, guarantees personalized and discreet service, which allows guests to unwind and have a carefree stay. Nicoletta herself or a member of her team is always available in order to assist you and ensure you are having an enjoyable stay. The apartment offers inclusive daily cleaning service. The apartment is located in the area of Paleo Faliro, which is part of the Athens Riviera. It is an upscale, safe and very pleasant neighborhood. When staying in this area, you have the privilege of enjoying the breathtaking sea view and the beach, whilst also being just 20 minutes away from the city centre of Athens (Syntagma). The neighborhood's greatest pride is the stunning Flisvos Marina that features a lovely promenade with restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, a playground and even an open-air cinema in the summer season. Finally, the true and most recent gem in the area is the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center which includes new facilities for the National Library of Greece and the National Opera, as well as the 210,000 m² Stavros Niarchos Park. ATHENS CITY CENTRE You have the option of either using the bus or the tram (Flisvos stop) in order to reach the city center (15-20 minutes away) and visit Syntagma, Plaka, the Acropolis, etc. PIRAEUS PORT If you want to catch a boat to the islands, the port of Piraeus is 15 minutes away by bus. AIRPORT The bus X96 has a direct connection with the airport and the bus stops right in front of the building. We can also arrange airport transfers by taxi for you. BY CAR The apartment offers a free private parking spot.
