Experience the heart of Hector's wine country in our large, charming 3 bed, 2 bath farmhouse adjacent to Damiani Wine vineyards and an active wine production barn. This historic, 100+ year old home features a renovated kitchen and 2 full baths, with thoughtfully curated, eclectic modern farmhouse decor. This completely renovated 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home is located on 130' of beautiful, level Owasco Lake shoreline. The property also boarders a small brook providing water views from every window in the home! The first floor bedroom layout includes a master with King bed and sliding glass door entrance onto the 26' deck and a bedroom with Queen bed that share a full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms each with 2 Queen beds and en-suite bathrooms with individually controlled heat and a/c.

In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.
