Stylish 3 bedrooms & 2-bathroom loft apartment 200m from Ponsonby Rd. Second (Top) floor with large deck and great sun and views. Also a great mezzanine movie projector zone. Spacious 110sqm layout + deck. Facilities include wifi, Sky tv, movie projector, heat pump, heaters in all rooms, linen provided, washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. 2 min walk to all the great bars, cafes and restaurants of Ponsonby. Note 2nd floor apartment and no lift so may not be suited to the elderly.

The view is spectacular, you can keep track of the boats in the harbour. The location is central, but in a quiet area by The University of Auckland. The interior design follows a distinctive nautical loft style, maximizing the use of space. The queen size bed is a spacious loft bed, and downstairs the couches can be turned into another queen size bed. Complete kitchen available. Internet included. Complimentary parking is available within the building (with a maximum car height limit of 1.9m).

This 2 bedroom apartment can sleep up to 4 people. Absolutely fantastic location right in the heart of the city. Restaurants, ferries, trains, nightclubs, shops, supermarket and Sky City are all just a short walk away. 1 queen bed, 1 single bed and another single bed in the loft. Has a full fridge and freezer, washing machine and dryer, wifi, TV, Netflix and a small oven and 2 hot plates to cook but we recommend that guests make the most of all the fantastic restaurants that are so close by.

Free Carpark | Great Location | Renovated | Aircon

It has such a cosy and warm feel to it, the red brick with the wooden floors makes me feel like I am back at my mums house. Having a full size kitchen is my favourite part of it, there is nothing better than being able to cook your own meals with a proper kitchen, that and the spa like bathroom, it makes me feel like I am on holiday at a fancy resort, the floor to ceiling tiles are gorgeous! Having a dedicated work space really helps when you need to get your head down for some deep work!
