For Guest staying for 3weeks or longer, there is curtesy cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen areas during your stay, every 2 weeks . The lawns are mowed fortnight. No pets or smoking. No parties.

The 1 bedroom accommodation is brand new and is designed for couples to come to Kuaotunu to unwind, relax and enjoy our slice of paradise.
