Momma's House

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Quiet neighborhood, low traffic road, small park across the street. plenty of room to visit and hang out. Very nice community. Very one that stays talks about how quite and peaceful. There is a fan in each room for those that sleep with one. We have updated the tv's, a larger one also New furnace and air were installed for your comfort. A softner was added because, even though there is ciry water, it was not the best.

The whole group will be comfortable in the spacious and unique place with access to a full-size gym that is next door. The house is centrally, located in close to restaurants, shopping, grocery store, parks, churches in industry. This home also has a patio, covered open garage and handicap, accessible, shower, and wide hallways to get around. Located 15 minutes from Lima, St Marys, Anna and 25 minutes to Indian Lake. Close proximity to everything you need for work or travel.

Animal-friendly! Garage is climate-controlled. There is plenty of parking space, including a second driveway big enough for your boat(40' long). We are just blocks away from the lake and the public boat launch. Bring your friends and family to experience all that the lake has to offer!
