Just a 7-minute drive from the Daugavpils, cozy 1-bedroom and 1 sofa cottage house offers a retreat for up to 3 people. Nestled in a small holiday village, this house includes a sofa bed, a sauna, and a yard. It’s an ideal spot for those who want to enjoy nature while being close to the city. The yard features a barbecue area and parking, pets are welcome. Property divided into 2 houses. Our family lives in the neighbouring house. Every morning you can enjoy a breakfast prepared by mother.

Motorcycle travellers tuned hang-out place to drop overnight, stretch you legs, have a relaxing barbecue and couple of beers, whilst your bike rest in covered and fully equipped garrage. The host is rider himself and can assist with all motorcyclist needs from A to Z, starting with local must-see places till basic equipment & service. The speedway stadium is in walking distance if you come to the competition in Daugavpils. Sleeping on 2 double beds, can arrange mattresses if necessarry.

Surrounded by birdsong, with a sandy beach just across the lake. Boat ride or fishing, and there is also the option to book a sauna. A grill and a gazebo are available for leisurely outdoor dining. Inside the house, you’ll find a fireplace, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

The two-bedroom apartment is in a private house with a fireplace. In heating season we stoke the fireplace before guests arrive, but all the following days must be heated by yourself. We provide all necessary for the kindling fireplace in the next staying days. The fireplace kindles easily and keeps heat for a long time. This will not affect your comfort but will make cozy and romantic your stay. I will send you all the necessary instructions on how to stoke the fireplace.

Fully equipped spacious kitchen (oven, microwave, dishes, fridge). Bathroom on each floor. Possible to place 7 guests. Placing more then 7 guests is discussible.
