Cosy caravan in a rural setting

This cosy and comfortable caravan sits permanently under shelter with an outdoor paved area. Relatively private (15 metres from the main house's outbuildings) it's surrounded by trees, gardens and rural landscapes. Interior of this retro 1980s van has been lovingly decorated with sumptuous red velvet soft furnishings and non toxic, eco paint. Basic but functional small kitchen. Comfy double bed located behind a partitioned concertina door Lounge area can convert to bunk beds for 2 kids.

2xQ sized b/rms with 1 bathrm/ensuite, off Bedroom 1. (Shower, vanity, toilet). Tucked away in a quiet location with views of the river. You have your own driveway & private entrance. Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. Kookie's is a cosy studio with en suite and private entrance located in Margaret River. Features include King bed, Netflix/TV and a shower big enough to cartwheel in. Reverse cycle A/C comfort and push bikes available on request. Suits singles, couples or friends looking for a getaway. Conveniently located 5 min drive from the Margaret River Main Street. The river is a 5 minute walk away with stunning bush walks and trails, if you follow the river you'll find the Brewhouse! P221658

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

The River Barn - walk to Town and River

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Newly built, with a spacious Loft bedroom - enjoy the views of near by native trees or lay in bed and star gaze through the roof window. A lot of thought has gone into the design of this home, with a cozy day bed built in under the stairs, full sized kitchen and stylish bathroom. Just a short walk down to the Margaret River, walk trails, and to town, we hope our place provides the perfect base for your holiday.

Cosy Cabin is west of town in a rural residential area with views over Yalgardup Valley, near to the river, waterfalls and forrest walks and cycling trails. Lots of Kangaroos, birds and other wildlife too, so no pets allowed. The property is just 4km to town and a bit more to the coast. With easy 11am check-out, this comfortable and very affordable cabin has all you need.
