The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

The cottage is open style living opening on to a decking with bi fold servery windows from the kitchen.Decking with outdoor seating ,umbrella and barbecue overlooks a large grassed area surrounded by natural bush.The living area has double opening doors leading to the decking .Living area has a comfy couch ,Smart T.V , R/C aircon and a wood burning fire.The large bedroom has a king sized bed with ensuite .There is a travel cot suitable for a baby.Well supervised dogs are welcome. Only 10 km's to the centre of Busselton and a short 25-30 min drive to Margaret River. The Bunkhouse is fully self contained and is approx 30 metres away from the main farm house so is very private. Enjoy a glass of wine while roasting marshmellows around the campfire and take in the amazing starry night sky which is unaffected by light pollution.
