Situated on 10 wooded acres and surrounded by farms on rolling hills in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, our recently-updated 5-bedroom, 2.5 bath home is the perfect place for your getaway. We are just 15 minutes from JMU and downtown Harrisonburg, and 25 minutes from Massanutten. Take a walk on the trail, birdwatch, visit a neighboring vineyard, or chase sticks with your pup--- there are so many ways to unwind at La Casa del Bosque!

This 2 story house with vaulted ceilings is situated close to downtown Staunton in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley. Access to Shenandoah Nation Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway is just a short drive. This unique space has a King and Queen bed on the 1st floor, and a twin bed, futon, sofa bed and section on the 2nd floor. The ample parking allows for multiple large vehicles. Welcome to the Cottage at Dices Spring Farm. This gem is nestled in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley. The kitchen is showcased with a hammered copper sink and local wines. All essential cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. The couch in the living room opens into a queen size bed for more sleeping space, with a chair and half recliner for relaxing Bathroom double-headed shower, and reading nook in the loft. You will love the weather-sheltered hot tub, relaxing outdoor space with grill.

Country Retreat

Located in the central Shenandoah Valley, the house is a three-bedroom, two-bath modern country home framed with a large sitting porch looking out on the Alleghany mountains. It is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle. A pastoral, comtemplative setting with stunning views of sky and surrounding mountains, it is located in the middle of a working farm. Enjoy the quiet country. Use as a horse hotel, with a corral and fenced runnout It is one hour from the Lexington Horse Center.

Sunrise Casita: a tiny house at Cana Barn

Our 250 sq ft tiny house was built by our talented craftswoman Kara. We used wood from our property and reclaimed materials to create a cozy and unique getaway. The front porch looks out to a beautiful view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and looks up to a local vintage sign. We are LGBTQ+ welcoming. Sunrise to us is the embodiment of a fresh start and a new opportunity. It is hope and possibility, adventure and inspiration, beauty and wonder. We hope all of this for your stay in our tiny house!

Wandering Creek Cottage ~no cleaning fee~

Get away to a fairytale like cottage in the woods. This adorable little home is built on a hillside next to a mountain creek. You will be able to enjoy relaxing on the screened in back porch that is high up in the trees. Listen to the sounds of the babbling brook, bird calls, and breath in the fresh air of the forest. The tin roof creates a cozy sound on rainy days while you can cuddle up on a comfy couch and nap or watch a favorite movie. Not to mention wonderful hiking trails all around!

Travelers Nook - close to downtown

The TRAVELERS NOOK is a cute, cozy, one bedroom apartment close to downtown Staunton! It’s located on the second floor, with a private entrance. It has all the charm that you would expect to find in a cute studio apartment! Built by a local architect Tj Collins in the 1920’s. This quaint space has everything you need to enjoy your stay here in Staunton! We do accept small pets on approval with a pet cleaning charge.

The Storefront was built in the early 1900's and was previously a tea shop before becoming a vacation destination. It's like having your own little townhouse in the heart of Staunton's historic district! Keep your car parked and walk everywhere you need to go.
