Exterior amenities include a hot tub, gas grill, gas fire pit table, fire pit by the river, and private river access in a peaceful, wooded setting. Kayaks/tubes are available to use to float down the river with the unique ability to park/exit on the hosts’ property.

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Located on a sweeping bend of the Delaware, Broad Arrows offers unrivaled views and peace in nature regardless of the season. In summer grill on the deck, swim, canoe or fly fish. In the evenings enjoy river sunsets or enjoy our Finnish sauna followed by a refreshing dip in the river. In fall and winter enjoy the many local hiking trails or ski-hills. You will have your own full kitchen and private bathroom on this ground floor unit. 65 inch smart tv. Walk to all of downtown Augusta's best restaurants and bars. 4.5 miles to the Masters golf Course. 1.5 miles to the medical district and 20 minutes to Fort Gordon. Have a large group? There are six units in this building, each capable of sleeping 4.

This cozy backyard cottage is just minutes away from the Augusta National golf, I-20, and other area attractions. The main room is 18x13 with a snug yet functional bathroom (Think RV sized) and a huge walk in closet. Celebrate outdoor living with the deck, and comfortable outdoor chairs providing the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the weather. NO CLEANING OR PET FEE. Rumbley Cottage is enjoyed year- round with a great fireplace. WE PROVIDE THE FIREWOOD AND STARTERS. Many amenities including Molton Brown toiletries, kayaks, SPBs, bikes, beach equipment; well-stocked kitchen.
