The home is located in the quiet, safest & convenient part of DC, very close to groceries, restaurants & Transit to metro red line It offers 1 bedroom w/2 beds, basement studio w/2 beds, 2 full bathrooms, recreation area w/75” TV , kitchen, free parking. Owners live on the upper floor, completely separated from guests’ rental space. Guests have their own entrances & exit to the house on the ground level. Two cars free parking is available on the owner’s driveway. Supper cleaned space.

Please follow directions for location of cabin and parking. Small cabin with full size bed great for 1 or 2 guests. Located on 90+ acres of horse and cattle ranch. Riding lessons are available for additional fees. Multiple animals run loose on the property like dogs, chickens, cats... Feel free to walk around the common areas. We look forward to having you stay with us! Larger Bunkhouse available for parties of 4-6. Horse layover available for additional fee. Pets $30/night.
