This camp-cottage has tons of warmth and charm, but it is not The Hotel Ritz. Short term or long term stays are welcome.

The yard is a double lake lot, making it big enough for the kids and dogs to play and enjoy all that lake life has to offer.

Spend your days lakeside at our beautiful marina cottage! Enjoy sunsets from your private front porch! Bring your boat up to 20 feet, and we will provide you with a free slip. Our cottage is well-appointed with a comfy queen-size bed, a couch, a SMART TV, a coffeemaker, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Private bath with walk-in shower. The BBQ and picnic table are just outside your door. You can use the ramp to launch your boat.

River Road Retreat

Enjoy our new River Front home, located on the Seneca River that is less than 5 minutes to beautiful Cayuga Lake. We are right next to the Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge and have spotted many unique birds while relaxing on the back patio. Sit back and relax in our spacious ranch home, cook a hot meal with your family or BBQ on the back patio and enjoy the open space and watch the fish jump in the river.

A unique property was once a Catholic Church built in 1870, overlooks Cayuga Lake, room for your family with 1 full bath and 2 half baths. Original stained glass windows. The church is now a great space to gather with family: a huge rec room, 4 bedrooms, dining room for 8, a short walk to Harris Park on Cayuga Lake
