The Old Jetty Joint welcomes you with a cosy 1970's shack vibe. This classic Tasmanian shack has been thoughtfully renovated to take full advantage of its spectacular location – perched overlooking Pirates Bay, only 150m from the beach. With one of Tasmania’s most stunning bays just across the road, your gaze will skip endlessly between the swell lines and the dramatic coastline beyond. We live next door, but the Studio has been positioned to ensure your privacy. You have your own beachfront spot to relax on a deckchair. Dolphin Sands is a beautiful beach and offers endless walking and swimming opportunities. Swansea is a 30 minute walk by beach or 10 minutes by car.

Your retreat is a private ABSOLUTE beachfront home on three levels, with ocean panoramas everywhere you look. There is not a road, power line, fence or cliff to separate you from the ever-changing ocean, and your secluded cove-beach just 30 steps below. ONE host with just ONE home. Total focus on your visit. I am not able to welcome or host PETS as there is no fencing, with sensitive ocean reserve public land adjoining.

There is an eclectic selection of books, records, and games to explore!
