Apartment Fallnhauser - Adults only This cosy, lakeside studio-apartment for double occupancy offers every convenience to ensure a perfect holiday in all seasons. The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Familiengrundstück mit geteiltem Seezugang– perfekt zum Schwimmen, Entspannen oder Bootfahren. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege zum Schafberg, dem Schwarzensee oder durch die beeindruckende Burggrabenklamm (momentan leider geschlossen). Ideal für: Ruhesuchende & Naturliebhaber Familienurlaube Wanderfreunde & Bergsteiger (Schafberg direkt erreichbar) Baden, Bootfahren, Relaxen

Ferienwohnung direkt am Mondsee

Die Ferienwohnung mit eigenem Eingang befindet sich direkt am Mondsee mit malerischen Blick auf den Schafberg. In unmittelbarer Nähe(ca.200bis300m)nur durch die Uferstraße getrennt, befinden sich zwei öffentliche Bademöglichkeiten,die zu Fuß oder mit den Fahrrad zu erreichen sind. Das öffentliche Strandbad Loibichl ist ungefähr 3 km und das Ortszentrum Mondsee 8km entfernt. Die Festspielstadt Salzburg ist mit dem Auto in 30 Minuten erreichbar. Berge und Umgebung laden zum Wandern und Biken ein.

Unsere komplett neue und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche , ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Schlafcouch und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und geräumigem Kleiderschrank. Von all diesen Zimmern genießt ihr einen schönen Blick über unseren wunderbaren Bodensee, der in jeder Wetterstimmung verzaubert. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer bodenebenen Dusche, Waschtisch und WC ausgestattet. Unsere überdachte Loggia lädt ein zum Verweilen und den Seeblick zu genießen.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Der Wolfgangsee ist fußläufig in nur 5 Minuten erreichbar (Naturbadestrand Abersee). Die Radfähre nach St. Wolfgang ist in direkter Nähe. Idealer Standort für Wassersport, Wandern, Radfahren, Klettern, Gleitschirmfliegen, Skifahren und Weihnachtsmarkt. Salzburg und Hallstatt sind in jeweils 40min mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Welcome to our dog-friendly vacation home on idyllic Lake Attersee! Enjoy the lake view and nature. The house offers space for 5 people, a modern kitchen and a renovated bathroom. A highlight is the outdoor kitchen with barbecue - ideal for cozy BBQ evenings. Just 500 m away is a free lake access with changing rooms and toilets exclusively for our guests. You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Unser Chalet liegt direkt am Traunsee und bietet eine überdachte Veranda mit atemberaubendem Blick auf den See und den Traunstein – der ideale Ort, um in Ruhe zu entspannen. Im Winter könnt ihr am nahegelegenen Feuerkogel Skifahren und Schneeschuhwandern, während der Traunsee im Sommer zum Schwimmen, Segeln und Surfen einlädt. With only a 2-minute walk into the center of the village, you are close to everything that St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. Public parking close by, fee € 8 / 24h or a couple of 100 m away for € 20 / week.
