Immerse yourself in the charm of a fully furnished tiny house, meticulously renovated (old house from 1856). This enchanting peaceful retreat is nestled offering guests a breathtaking panoramic view of the garden, valley, and river. This Independent house comprises 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom, and 1 bathroom with a shower jet. Guests will find a fully equipped kitchen and private patio. The villa also provides guests with a barbecue. Access to a large pool, games room and plenty of tailored activities are available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

For visits by bike, bus, or car to downtown Aveiro or Ilhavo, or to the beach communities of Barra and Costa Nova, the ferry terminal (São Jacinto - Forte da Barra) is only a short walk away. São Jacinto's unspoiled beaches and the São Jacinto Dunes Nature Reserve are within comfortable walking distance.
