The Yacht Club at aventura 1 bedroom Marina view

My apartment is located in The Yacht Club at Aventura Condominium a Resort style complex, with gated security. The condo have a Beautiful swimming pool, Hot tube , fitness center, barbecue area, tennis courts, business center. My unit is located in 4th floor and have an amazing view to the Marina and Gardens. Unit is completely well equiped - Two led tvs with cable service from att -washer and dryer -All linens and towels included -Free Parking -Free Wifi - Free Phone calls to USA and Canada

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. It is a natural place for vacation with private entry and it is just five minutes away from the beach and very relaxed place, has high energy, hot water in the shower, please do not smoke inside the house, do it outside in the nature, thank you very much I appreciate it, the backyard has trees and big space to enjoy! To get in you must to open the white door fence that is at the parking with the key that will be in the smartlock at this door!
