This adorable round house sits on the West side of Asheville in a quiet neighborhood just on the outskirts of town. Convenient to I40, just 17 min from the airport, 13 min (6 miles) to downtown, 15 min to Biltmore, 15 min to UNCA, 17 min to the arboretum and 10 min to happening Haywood Rd. Clean, comfortable and stylishly funky with all new beds and mattresses, wifi, roku TV, a lovely porch for sitting and even small fire pit in back. There is also enough parking for 3 or 4 cars off street.

It sits above the French Broad River where you can easily access the river to paddle, SUP, or fish. Perfect for 2-3 people who love the outdoors yet want to be close to the Asheville area.
