This cute condo is walking and biking distance to beach access, shops and restaurants; 1 mile from Avon Pier and just 2 miles to ORV accesses.

The ocean is only a short walk across the street with two public access points and can be seen from the condo's front deck. This is the perfect location to relax or have an adventure on the water!
