Only two blocks to the ocean, it sleeps 4-5 and features outdoor living amenities like two private upstairs decks and a hot tub overlooking the creek. The front covered porch is fun out of the sun!

Whether you want a quiet, relaxing stay or an activity-filled stay with biking, kayaking, or traveling the island, Oyster Point is your destination place! Note: There is ABSOLUTELY no smoking allowed on the property. This includes inside the house, outside on the decks, and on the grounds.

Hole in the Wall is a sister house to High Wind Lookout . This spacious three bedroom private home is sound side with private access to the water. It's the perfect location for kite surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking and fishing. It is also a one block walk to the beach and only a few steps from the walking trail that leads to restaurants, coffee shops and more. Hole in the Wall is noted for viewing the best sunrises and sunsets from it's extra large top deck.

This is our personal family home, also known as AllInnAvonBeachHouse, and we are hoping to find renters who are looking for the same amazing, relaxing, and enjoyable experiences as we do. This home is incredibly spacious, perfect for 2-3 families, lots of space to sit and relax and enjoy meals together. This area is sought out for surfing, fishing, shell collecting. Beach chairs, cornhole set, basketballs, beach toys all included.
