Welcome to Smooth Sailing, our two-story guest space in Avon Village! With 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, fast Wi-Fi, a full kitchen, and Pamlico Sound views, it’s a cozy retreat on Hatteras Island. We live just downstairs with our two senior dogs, Rocky and Autumn, but your space on the second and third floors is completely private. No shared areas. Our pups don’t have access to the fenced yard, so it’s all yours. Private entrance, parking, outdoor shower, beach gear, and just 1.2 miles from Avon Pier.

Wonderful views of the ocean from the sun-drenched deck in Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood on Avon. The beach is a short stroll from the house using a beach access walkway two lots from the house. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious home. The house includes a full, well equipped kitchen, large living space with tons of natural light looking out at the water. Smart tvs, screened-in porch and brand new hot tub installed in 2024. Screened in porch with table for outdoor dining.

There is plenty of parking space, a covered area for equipment/gear, a fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, ROKU TV with Hulu Live, high speed Wi-Fi, and a shared laundry room. Beach access is across the street, and there are restaurants and shops within close walking distance. See you at the beach.

Nestled high up in the pines of Frisco this conveniently located home is perfect for fisherman, small families and water sportsman looking for a secluded space on Cape Hatteras. 5 minute drive to the frisco bathhouse beach and just 10 to the Cape Hatteras light house. Enjoy the open concept living, dining/kitchen area and screened in porch as well as open air deck with ample seating. Mark’s Bunker is located off highway 12 and is surrounded by over 5 acres of undeveloped marshlands.
