Spend time together in the open-plan living space, on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining, or picnic/BBQ on the riverbank. The pavilion sits at the bottom of rolling lawns planted with fruit trees. You can walk into Espéraza, kayak along the river or turn right for Spain! Ideal for couples, friends or family.

La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Gîte au milieu des vignes

This recently renovated house is set in the middle of a 70-hectare organic wine-growing estate, in the Cathar region and close to Carcasonne. It offers magnificent views of the surrounding vineyards and forests, ideal for walks, with views of the Pyrenees. This house is next to the Belgian owners' central farm, but is entirely private. During your stay, you can enjoy free wine tasting and a tour of the winery.

Le Prat de Lacout -Gîte La Bergerie, 10 mn de Foix

C'est par une petite route, à travers des bosquets que l'on accède à ce lieu "magique" où la vue sur les pyrénées ariégeoises est à couper le souffle ! Cette ancienne bergerie est entourée de prairies et de vallons . La pierre apparente à l'extérieur affirme le caractère traditionnel du lieu. A l'intérieur, la présence du bois, assortie d'une décoration contemporaine procure une sensation de chez soi.
