The cottage at Higher Blannicombe Farmhouse is an 18th Century property in an idyllic setting with far reaching views overlooking the Blannicombe Valley in an AONB, surrounded by Dairy Farmland. 1.5 miles from the centre of Honiton, in East Devon. The accommodation comprises a large sitting room, wood burning stove, king size bedroom with TV and large ensuite bathroom, with a bath and shower, private terrace overlooking the valley. NO KITCHEN. It is a tranquil & heavenly escape from the bustle of daily life.

Dog friendly annexe with rural views at Hell Lane

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

Little Knapp, Beautiful Studio Cottage West Dorset

A detached (dog friendly) studio cottage located in the beautiful West Dorset village of Thorncombe, about 9 miles from the seaside resort of Lyme Regis. It is decorated & furnished to an exceptional standard with many of those 'little extra's which make is stand out from crowd such as a Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher and DAB radio along with a welcome pack of those essentials which are needed when you first arrive. Little Knapp has cosy underfloor heating and a luxurious shower room.

Studio Flat at Parks Cottage

The Parks Cottage Studio flat is a large room above a stone built outbuilding in the grounds of a small holding in the countryside about 4 miles from Axminster. It is lovely and quiet and there are pleasant walks in the area. We welcome well behaved dogs and other pets. The village of Chardstock is only one and a half miles away with a pub and a PO shop. There is a small shower and loo down stairs.The Studio is well equipped with cooking facilities - hob, microwave & fridge freezer.

Fern Studio

A peaceful apartment located a 15 -20 minute walk from Lyme Regis Seafront and within minutes of many beautiful walks including the famous Jurassic Coast. This self contained apartment is attached to our main house but you have completely private access with your own en-suite bathroom, front door and access to a balcony area with views across the River Lym valley. Fern Studio has its own Kitchen with kettle, toaster, hob and fridge.

The old writers Cabin is set in our woodland garden in the hills just 10 minutes away from Lyme Regis. The cabin has been handcrafted from oak and douglas fir to create a luxury and romantic space for two. With a cosy log burner, king sized bed with feather and down bedding, outside bath tub and shower, complete with stunning views over the valley, it really is the perfect space to escape the world and re-set.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage in the heart of Kilmington Village in East Devon. There are 2 thatched pubs, an award winning farm shop and wonderful walks in this AONB. The Jurassic coast including Charmouth and Lyme Regis beach is a 15/20 mins drive away. The Village is very peaceful as is the cottage There is a dedicated parking space directly outside

Wonderfully tranquil, village location, yet within easy reach of Lyme Regis, Bridport and River Cottage HQ and Kitchen. Beautiful walks from the door. At the end of the day's excursions, there's a beautiful courtyard garden to return to and enjoy early evening pre dinner drinks.
