A peaceful seaside haven from where to explore Ayrshire and the Clyde coast. Located one street over from the beach and 2 minutes walk to Royal Troon Golf Club. The Marine, Piersland and South Beach hotels are all within a 5 minute walk. A 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes & train station. Ideal for a couple, family or golf party. Pets welcome.

Osprey Cottage sits only 20 meters from the beach in the pretty coastal fishing village of Dunure, benefitting from: Lounge, kitchen, bathroom (no bath) & 3 bedrooms, bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a king-size bed, bedroom 2 is upstairs, with a double bed and a en-suite shower room. Bedroom 3 is open plan with stairs leading down to the living area please see photos), sleeps 5, private parking, unlimited Wi-Fi, log burner, oil central heating, sea and castle views. The bungalow offers spacious accommodation for up to 6 people. It is close to excellent amenities within local towns and is well connected to major road networks for exploring further afield. The bungalow is very well maintain and extremely well equipped providing a relaxing and comfortable home from home experience.

The Haven & Summer Hoose

The Haven and Summer Hoose are a cosy yet spacious cottage and quirky cabin that come hand in hand. The Haven cottage itself oozes charm with log burner and all the home comforts you could hope for. The Summer Hoose, a stunningly stylish cabin that’s the perfect place to retreat beside the fire, drink in hand and record player on. Nestled on Main Street in the picturesque village of Straiton they are just a stones throw from the local amenities. Sorry strictly no pets.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission. Fairy ur Cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds. There is a comfy kingsize bed in the main bedroom and sofa bed in bedroom or lounge.

Doonbank Cottage Bothy

Whether you're looking for a one night business stopover, a couple of nights to attend a wedding at the Brig O'Doon, or a self catering holiday break, Doonbank Cottage's Bothy offers an exclusive, flexible & private accommodation. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden on the banks of the River Doon , it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

Dunlop is only 1/2 hour drive to some of Ayrshires top golf courses. The train takes less than 30 mins to Glasgow city centre. The village has a community pub, a community cafe(open Thursdays and Fridays for morning coffee and lunch. A newsagent, post office/ shop and an Artisan Bakery ( openThursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) A new craft shop has also recently opened next door to our home. The nearest supermarket is 10 mins. drive away.

Enjoy Oakdene Cottage and its great views with hosts next door. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.
