Das Ferienhaus liegt im kleinen Dorf Joao Bom. Der Ort liegt in einer der abwechslungsreichsten Gegenden der Insel, ca. 5 km vom Badeort Mosteiros und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Caldeira Sete Cidades. Im Ort in ca. 250 m Entfernung befindet sich ein kleiner Minimercado mit Café. Das Haus liegt direkt am Wanderweg zur Steilküste nach Mosteiros und zur Caldeira Sete Cidades. Die Lage bietet einen landschaftlich schönen und ruhigen Ausgangspunkt um den Rest der Insel zu erkunden.

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony.
