The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

A quaint 400 year old home, a stone’s throw from the river Stour. The perfect base for a country stroll, bike ride or lunch on the High St with pubs & independent cafes 2 mins away Manningtree, England’s smallest town is nestled within an AONB and was voted Sunday Times ‘Best Place to Live’ 2019 *Please note* - my home is right next to The Crown pub so there is some noise. Beautiful boat, Amazing location

One of our two boats we have to offer this is a lovely yacht with amazing views, Marina location sleeps 4, perfect place for those get togethers, or just to chill. Mustard Pot Cottage

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

The Hare’s Retreat, Great location & dog heaven!

Discounts for 7 days or more! The Hare’s retreat is one of two accommodations on site, the other ‘The Kingfisher Studio’. (not in view of each other) A beautifully converted garage/annex with its own access and garden. Located 150m off the A134, opposite Nowton park, and only 1.5 miles from the town centre. With approx 200m of river frontage and a good sized field and garden . The Annex has a large bedroom with kingsize bed, kitchen, wet room/WC and a small but comfortable living room.

With its own beachside garden and breathtaking uninterrupted views of the wildest of Essex creeks and marshes, the cottage is only to be reached on foot atop a sea wall. The perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The last in a row of westerly facing cottages, perfect to watch the evening sun go down . From the front garden or even laying in bed, watch the tide slip in and out, the fishing boats come and go and live, for a while, in a world moving at a slower pace.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.
