Directly on the sea! A fisherman's shed from 100 years ago. Originally used to store nets, later in an addition also a boat, then in the late 1980's a summer cottage for friends. We have kept the rustic original exterior, added windows and completely rebuilt the interior into a comfortable vacation cottage. New complete bathroom, kitchenette, free fast wifi, outdoor dining, bbq grill, fireplace pit. View to the sea from the breakfast bar.

A place created for families and friends. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a shower room. EPA Holiday House is located only 30 km from Riga. Very close is the promenade that is leading to the sea and shops can be reached in five to ten minutes on foot. A hot tub is available for an additional fee.
