It is between Berkelee School of Music, Symphony Hall, Fenway Park, Harvard Medical School, and Northeastern U. It is also within walking distance of most downtown attractions Prudential, The Church of Christ the Scientist, Copley Square, Museum of Fine Arts, Newbury Street, Berklee School of Music, Boston Conservatory, Fenway Park, and many other attractions.

Almost every guest describes my place as cozy, which was the feeling I was going for when I designed the space! You'll love this good sized 300 sq. ft PRIVATE 1 bedroom studio. This unit has its own entrance w/ punch code door, full bathroom, large walk-in closet, mini fridge, freezer and microwave. It has one parking spot in the driveway and a washer /dryer. The backyard is shared but the unit has a private patio. Rental is attached to a single family home. (Please note: No full kitchen)

Take in the beautiful skyline view as you have your morning beverage of choice, then take a relaxing stroll along the harbor walk 1 minute to the harbor 5 minute uber / 10 minute walk to airport 15 minutes to downtown Boston (by MBTA or uber) ON STREET PARKING: Only free 6P-8A and on the weekend. There is a $2.50 toll to drive into the city. Spot hero is a parking app that works great in Boston also. PARTIES: Not allowed. This is a family neighborhood. No loud music. Quiet hours after 9pm.
