This large vaulted space has an open-plan sitting and dining area, complete with separate fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and two luxurious double bedrooms.

Grange cottage is a grade 2 listed brick and flint thatched cottage located in a quiet position down a private drive, surrounded by private woodland, fields and is adjacent to a working farm. Grange Cottage is set in 1/2 an acre of its own woods, It has ample parking to the front an enclosed rear garden leading out to the small woods. The Holt House if perfectly situated for guests to enjoy short breaks or longer holidays. It's a short drive from the North Norfolk coast. Thursford, which hosts the Christmas Spectacular is 7 miles from Holt.
