The apartment is located in the upper floor of a three-party house in a quiet Godesberg altitude and extends over 2 floors. It is bright and spacious. The view is stunning and goes into the green and the Seven Mountains. The existing balcony to South is accessible from the living room and kitchen. Living at the groundfloor we are happy to assist you to make you stay as convenient as possible! The apartment is fully equipped and has a large living room with panoramic views, kitchen and bathroom. Two double bedrooms are on the same level, the third bedroom is on the upper level accessible via a space-saving staircase. It has a double bed and a work area with desk. Parking space is available directly in front of the house on the street. The connections with the B9 and the infrastructure of the Bonn area is excellent. The Cologne-Bonn Airport can be reached in 25 minutes by highway.   The apartment is a great base for exploring the local sights of Cogne-Bonn area and the romantic Rhine Valley with Rolandsbogen, Loreley and the Seven Hills. Muffendorf is a very picturesque part of Bonn-Bad Godesberg. There are many half-timbered houses in the old town along the main road and in many places that have preserved their originality. You have a good view of the Seven Mountains with Drachenfels etc. on the opposite side of the Rhine. There are two exquisite restaurants and two pubs to explore in walking distance as well as the Café de Muffendorf that Thursdays - Sundays also offers fresh baked goods. The nearest supermarket is open Monday - Saturday until 22.00. Bad Godesberg, which was considered a diplomatic district in the time of the Bonn Republic, consists of many parks and the Rhine promenade, from where you can let the picturesque backdrop of the Seven Mountains with the Drachenfels and Petersberg effect on you. A ferry brings you on the other side of the Rhine, on which there are many hiking trails such as the Rheinhöhenweg. Bad Godesberg itself is dominated by the Godesburg watching over our little town. The mineral springs at Bad Godesberg Draitschbrunnen and the town hall offer her healing water on even today. The apartment is very well connected to public transport, the next bus stop is only 50 m away and there are only two bus stops to the subway Stadthalle Bad Godesberg away (15 min walking distance). The Bad Godesberg Train Station can be reached by walking in 20 minutes, by train you are then in 5 minutes in the center of Bonn or in half an hour in Cologne. Metro and train station are easily accessible by bus. International guests are welcome!

There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Das Apartment liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Uniklinikums und ist der ideale Rückzugsort für alle, die Angehörige begleiten oder besuchen. Natürlich sind uns auch andere Gäste herzlich willkommen! Das Naturschutzgebiet Kottenforst ist fußläufig zu erreichen und lädt ein zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren. Das Apartment ist gut angebunden, die Innenstadt mit dem Bus in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Im Apartment kann nicht gekocht werden, aber Restaurants und die Mensa befinden sich in der Nähe.

Rhöndorf, am Fuße des landschaftlich eindrucksvollen, sagenumwobenen Drachenfels im Siebengebirge gelegen, ist ein malerischer Ort am Rhein und liegt 15 km südlich von Bonn. Von hier aus lässt sich perfekt die nähere und weitere Umgebung der Region erkunden oder einfach ein paar Etappen des Rheinsteigs wandern, der an Rhöndorf vorbeiführt.

The apartment on the 2nd floor with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom has 40 sqs, 1/4 of which is under the sloping roof. The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

Umgeben von Grünflächen mit Blick auf das Siebengebirge & den Petersberg - trotzdem in City- & Rheinnähe zum spazieren und Sonnenbaden. Bei eurem Aufenthalt soll es euch an nichts fehlen. Von Bademänteln über Bügelbrett & Bügeleisen bis hin zum HDMI-Kabel ist alles vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf Euren Besuch und sind bei Fragen gerne für Euch da.

My SmartHome in Bonn with view on Siebengebirge

Beautiful SmartHome apartment in a very central location but yet quiet. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. It takes about a five minutes walk to reach Godesberg city center. The apartment is full of light because of the large windows, with a beautiful view on the Siebengebirge. Modern interior including SmartHome devices. Attention: this is my private home, I have a significant interest to understand, who is coming and that my belongings are treated properly by visitors.

Einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtetes, sauberes Zimmer mit Tageslicht im Keller unseres Einfamilienhauses in Altenkirchen/Ww. Eigenes Bad 2 Schritte über den Flur gegenüber dem Zimmer. Der Flur führt in unsere Kellerräume, d. h. wir müssen manchmal durch den Flur. Miniküche. WLAN. TV. Nähe DRK Altenheim. Zum Bett (1,40 x 2,00, für zwei Personen zum Schlafen) kann bei Bedarf ein Reisebett dazugestellt werden. Für Gäste mit Baby ist eine Buchung nach Rücksprache möglich.

Die Wohnung liegt in Königswinter Bergbereich am Fuße des Ölbergs und ist perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Sie ist ideal für eine kleine Familie, Wanderer oder Radfahrer. Es bestehen vielfältige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die nähere oder weitere Umgebung.
