Each guest over one is an additional $15 per day per person—kids under 2 N/C. $10 per day per animal. PETS MUST BE CRATED WHEN HOME ALONE. Airbnb cannot add the correct pet fee; we will request it after booking.

Make some memories at our cozy country guesthouse. This guesthouse is an open concept living space, with the bathroom being the only enclosed room. Guests have access to a kitchenette with ammendities. In the living area there is a TV with streaming services, queen bed and comfy couch. You will also find a storage rack and table with bar stools. We are 6 minutes from Hwy 74, 10 minutes from Downtown Asheboro and 15 minutes from the NC Zoo.

Parrish Place is a one room Lake cabin built in 1954. Beautiful natural pine walls milled from trees on the family land. You will have access to the lake and Dock. Great fishing. Kayaks available to guest. Private Deck for that morning coffee overlooking the lake. New gas grill on the deck for guest to use. We are Pet friendly , your fur babies will enjoy swimming in the lake and so will you.
