Quiet, attractive well equipped studio in Farnham.

The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

The Hogs Back Brewery is just up the road from our cottage. The tour of the brewery is a must for all beer lovers! Farnham and Guildford are within easy reach by car. You can be in central London within the hour by train. Ideal for business travellers, visiting relatives or attending a wedding.

Nestled in a serene woodland setting within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), this tranquil new build, modern, self-contained annex offers the perfect stay. Whether you want to explore the South Downs, visit friends & family, or need an overnight stay for work, we are less than 2 miles from Farnham train station and town. We are on the doorstep to Bourne Woods, Frensham Ponds (with its inland beach) and many other National Trust places to visit. Self check-in upon arrival.

Ideal set up and location for business travellers. Relax after a tough day in this calm, stylish space. Listen to the birds in the morning. Have occasional visits from two of our cheeky and inquisitive cats. Park for free on the drive. You will have your own private entrance. It is a loft conversion built to a high standard by my husband Jon. Very well situated in terms of local businesses. It is not suitable for a child or baby or those with cat allergies. Note: hosts live downstairs.

The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.

There is plenty on offer nearby with many walking and cycling routes, attractions locally and further afield, London and the coast only 40 minutes away.
