Our newly renovated cottage has been designed to meet the needs of any romantic getaway,fun friends’ trip or small family get away.Close by you will find local pubs, a village shop&Churnet Valley railway. Not too far away we have Tittesworth reservoir, Rudyard lake&The Roches’.Alton towers is just a short drive away as well. Our detached cottage, has a private driveway, the kitchen/diner is a large open space. We offer a brand new kitchen & two large bedrooms which each boast their own en-suite.

Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

If you are looking to have a relaxing break away from life’s stresses then The Woodland Watch is perfect. The hut is warm and cosy with all modern amenities set on a working dairy farm. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.

Two great pubs in the village, both offering a fantastic range of food and drink. Plus beautiful, scenic footpaths right from your gate. We are situated just outside the picturesque village of Bagnall. We are a 25 minute drive from Alton Towers, 20 minutes from the market town of Leek and 20 minutes from the Potteries. The annex is a self contained building standing next to our home. It has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a washing machine. We have a number of animals sharing our lives, most of whom are very happy to welcome visitors.
