Blissful location for this tranquil getaway, originally a small stone farmhouse. Very pretty detached cottage, with six barns/out-buildings. Large gardens and parking for several cars, located off a super-quiet and tiny country lane. Last house on edge of a small village, which only has about a dozen houses in total. Absolutely STUNNING VIEWS from across the rolling hills (and from the rear patio). Totally quiet location, but only 200 metres scenic walk to centre of village and ancient church

“Le gîte de pépé” est une charmante petite maison avec extérieur. Elle a été entièrement rénovée et équipée pour que vous y passiez un séjour des plus confortables. Idéale pour 4, elle peut accueillir jusqu’à 6 personnes. Située dans la petite cité de caractère Lassay-les-Châteaux, élue 3e village préféré des Français 2023, vous trouverez à quelques mètres le château médiéval, tous les commerces utiles ainsi que l’office de tourisme. De nombreuses balades peuvent être effectuées depuis le gîte.

Dating back to the 1700’s this servant’s cottage has been lovingly refurbished whilst still remaining true to its character with the addition of a modern compact but functional kitchenette it retains the original beams doors and fire place-plus a secret door to the servant staircase! This gite is tucked away right in the heart of this beautiful, rural, French village. A short 2 minute walk from the local bakery, butchers, supermarket, pharmacy, bank and bar/restaurant . Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The large living room comprising of lounge, kitchen and dinning areas with access to the patio for outdoor dining. On the ground floor, down a step there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Upstairs off a large landing there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a large family room with a double bed and bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom. All rooms have views of the large gardens and countryside beyond.

Take time out in our 3* rated, well-equipped ground floor apartment in the Normandy countryside - with a lounge/diner, double bed, shower room, washer/dishwasher/microwave/oven/hob and French/UK TV. The property has wifi. Shared heated pool and private Outdoor spa from April until October and outdoor space to relax and dine in. We are well placed for Western Normandy and Eastern Brittany, with Mont-St-Michel ~1 hour away. There are shops and a restaurant nearby.

Logement calme, très bien isolé, en rez de jardin, petite terrasse bordée de rosiers. Le linge de lit minimum est fournis :taies d oreillers, de taversain et de matelas. Si vous le souhaitez le linge de lit et de toilette manquant pour la 15 euros.

A proximité de tous commerces (boulangeries, boucheries, buralistes, épiceries ...), gare routière et SNCF. Logement très bien équipé. Horaire flexible uniquement sur demande sauf le dimanche. Les demandes de remboursement pour annulations hors conditions ne sont dorénavant plus négociables.
