Perfectly located in Uvita, and an easy 7 minute walk to Playa Chaman, which is part of Uvita Beach/Ballena National Park (entry fee required). Private pool. There are very few available homes in Uvita that have such quality and beautiful construction, and are so close to the beach. Walk to restaurants, beach/National Park. Paved roads/easy access.

For their safety, we ask our guests to arrive before sundown. the roads are in good state, but not well illuminated.
