Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. A short drive to Wolfe's Neck State Park, Bradbury Mountain State Park, Mast Landing Audubon Sanctuary, the Desert of Maine and the beautiful mid-coast coast.

At the end of Harpswell Neck, so it feels like you're far away, but still only an hour from Portland, 1/2 hour from Freeport & 15 minutes from Brunswick. Use it as your hub to explore Midcoast Maine or hunker down and enjoy the screened in porch after a swim in the cove.
