Enjoy our 38 acres and private hiking trails right out the front door with endless possibilities for adventure. Recharge, Rejuvenate, and Revel in our cozy, clean, quite space.

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

The Tulum cabin has what is necessary to spend an unforgettable night with your partner, has a garden area with table and grill (but has no kitchen), know and you will not regret it, it will be an unforgettable memory. "Casita 3" offers an immaculate two bedroom lower level space with a kitchenette, living room with a sofa sleeper, a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a bath, with a master bedroom featuring a king bed and private bathroom.

The house offers a screened in porch from which to watch beautiful sunsets and an outdoor Ramada from which to bird watch, grill or enjoy a glass of wine. Under the Oaks is located under 3 enormous oak trees; hence the name. These beautiful trees offer shade, scenery and homes to many varieties of birds.
