This private palapa casita embodies the desert-meets-tropics experience of San Carlos, Mexico. The spacious open floor plan inside includes one queen bed, a full bathroom, a stocked kitchen, and a large countertop/bar for food preparation, eating and entertaining. The large balcony/patio outside includes a charcoal grill, and wicker furniture. The following utilities are Included: AC, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, purified drinking water via garrafon (a large jug), space heater and basic consumables.

Off-the-grid, solar powered small studio with thatched roof has Starlink internet, a queen size bed, kitchenette, bathroom, hammock and a palapa shaded patio. Free parking is 2 small blocks away from the house. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cool box are provided. Dive shops, swimming beach and restaurants are located within 5 minutes walking distance. The Surf Hut and Pelican Palace are located on the same lot but have independent access. Unit not set up for children under 10 years old.

This house is beautiful and is one of 4 casas on the ranch! It's got so many awesome details and is right by the swimming pool and tennis court. The master bedroom is upstairs, 4-post king bed, and downstairs is another king bed. We have the best WiFi in the whole town now. . We are a lovely property with 6 beautiful 1 bedroom casitas located in a private compound steps off the ocean in a tranquil neighborhood called Quinta Maria. We are a 5 minute drive to the village of Los Barriles and a 5 minute walk to Tres Palapas pickleball courts. All of our beautiful casitas have full kitchens, Wi-Fi, 55" TVs, A/C, king size beds, sofa, and large patios with tables and chaise lounges. We offer light housekeeping. Adults only no pets. The first floor is reached by an external staircase, and features a terrace, and a bedroom with twin beds and a second bathroom. The terrace is protected from the winds, and has a great view out to sea and the mountains.
