The living room has a 65" TV, comfortable seating and workspace. In addition to a bedroom and full bath w/shower, the apartment has a living room, dining area, and small kitchen and laundry facilities.

No internet. Cell service may be sketchy. No TV service, but lots of DVD & VHS old movies. 4 WD Dec - March.

Sumpter is absolutely gorgeous in the fall with the autamn colors.Plenty of trails to ride ATVs and all other outdoor toys. It's nice to gather around the firepit and or the wood burning stove inside. Take a train ride.
