Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. It is one of our favorite places to spend time together and we look forward to sharing it with you, your loved ones and friends.

Located in Royal James Landing, a private pool and picnic area are available for use just a few steps away. There are 6 bikes (4 adult/ 2 child) & 2 4-person golf carts. Guest memberships for the BHI Club are available for an additional fee.

This custom LUXURIOUS 1-bedroom oceanfront sleeps 4 w/pull-out couch and is completely NEW inside. This unit is oceanfront, 2nd story w/elevator, covered parking in a gated parking lot, and a fully stocked kitchen, park the car & never have to drive during your stay! Right on the CB boardwalk w/ many choices for ocean view restaurants, etc. Pet friendly with an additional $60 cleaning fee per pet and early check-in and late check-out fee $150 for each request w/ 2-day notice.
