In the middle of the house is a large open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Pet friendly for an additional $50 fee. Walking distance from disc golf course & ice cream shop.

A private park provides a great place to fish, launch your kayak or just sit and relax. You never know what you might see sitting along the river's edge. Dolphins, turtles, pelicans & herons just to mention a few. Conveniently located, 7 miles to the Gulf beaches , 4 1/2 miles to Tanger Outlet, 7 miles to The Wharf and only 24 miles to the beautiful town of Fairhope.

Lulu's is across the Canal- lots of artists and small galleries. This walking district is a great addition to the city and we can't wait to have you!!
