Walking distance to UBS arena and by driving it will take approximately five minutes. Long Island Railroad, Queens Village stop is within walking distance. JFK airport is approximately 10-15 mins and La Guardia, approximately 30 mins. Home is walking distance to shopping, laundry, supermarkets, on Jamaica Ave, Hempstead, Springfield etc.

Near train, shops and 10 mins drive from beach, mall. Nice safe area, easy access to restaurants, grocery. Approx 15 mins from JFK international and LaGuardia airport depending on traffic.
