Welcome to The Stone House—your cozy home away from home! This beautifully appointed basement apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, with a cozy bedroom featuring an en-suite bathroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Enjoy nearby restaurants, shopping, and entertainment, with easy access to parks, public transportation, and major airports. Please note: No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. We look forward to hosting you at The Stone House!

Vintage living.

The space is on the ground level its about 600 square feet. Best part is its right next to the inground pool. The pool is 4-7 feet deep with a lounge area. On the ground floor we have a newly renovated kitchen (no oven), seating for 6-7 people, small dinner table, Flatscreen TV, Sectional sofa, and full bathroom. The bedroom in the lower level is about 600 sqft. In the bedroom you will find two queen size Memory Foam beds with top of the line linens. We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee.

Enjoy your stay and visit the Bayard Cutting Arboretum, SUSA Orlin & Cohen Sports Complex, Robert Moses Beach; centrally located between The Hamptons Vineyard Wine Tours & Manhattan. This unique home was originally built in 1921 and has since undergone renovations with additions added to the original structure, including the three bedroom / bath guest wing with a private entrance from the main house.
