Cahaya is a small Indonesian semi-opened house, floating in the jungle treetops of Ubud. This joglo has been designed and hand made with love. Choosing to stay in this home, you will experience the true beauty of what makes Bali so unique. Being so close to nature and its wildlife (insects, ants,...) may not suit everyone. This is a beautifully designed natural home that opens up to extensive rice field views in the front, with a tucked away lush green jungle bathroom at the back. When you relax in the chairs on the front deck you hear the powerful ocean just beyond the palm trees and at the back of the house you can hear the soothing flow of the river. The space is designed with fluid borders between inside and outside keeping you connected to nature while being comfortable.
