Sunny Cottage in the Historic and Trendy LoHi Neighborhood

Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. We are glad to assist you in any way you need during your stay. We are especially happy to make recommendations in terms of what to do or where to eat.

The Highlands Hen House

Cozy private carriage house in shared yard behind 1893 historic home. Perfect for the business or solo traveler but can accommodate 2 with the plush queen sized bed. Conveniently located to downtown, Coors Field or the Mile High Stadium. Easy access to both I-25 and I-70. The casita is in the back corner of the Hosts yard and the yard is shared with the Host. Gardens, fire pit, gas grill, and hot tub all available to guests. Sadly no dogs allowed as we have bunnies and chickens living here.

Cozy 2BR Home minutes from Downtown Denver

Enjoy the main floor of a home located both 10 min from Downtown Denver and a 20 min drive to Red Rocks. Easily head to the mountains for a day trip or into the city for a night out. The kitchen is fully stocked for those looking to stay in and cook. A 5 min drive to Sloan's Lake with access to plenty of restaurants and breweries, and walking distance to Bronco stadium. Do note, the two levels of the home are separated and I occupy the basement with my dog, Rusty. Completely separate entrances.

Historic Baker Home-2 Bedrooms

Come stay in the remodeled, historic ~1,000 sq ft historic Baker bird house. Walking distance to both South Broadway and Art District restaurants, bars, and boutiques. It is 1.5 miles south of downtown Denver. This is a house, not a guest suite so no one walking above or below you. There is plenty of space for you and your guests to relax both inside and out. There is both a front porch and seating in the backyard. Please note bedrooms have window a/c and there is a rooftop evaporative cooler.
