Listen out for Sovereign Hill’s historic steam whistle drifting across the neighbourhood, a reminder of Ballarat’s gold rush heritage. Pet-friendly by prior approval. Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug & cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars.

Ligar Homestay - 靠近市区，舒适时尚

Guests tell us our house feels homey. We are international travelers with an interest in Ballarat gold history so we have decorated accordingly. When making a standard booking for 1 - 2 people, you have access to the main rooms in the house and one bedroom with a sitting area. If 2+ people are staying and other bedrooms are required, there is an additional fee. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the third bedroom off the lounge room has a small double (3/4) bed that can be opened.

"Willo Cottage" is a centrally located 3 bedroom, recently refurbished house, newly decorated by an interior stylist. It is a family friendly with smart TV, free WiFi. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. A fully enclosed and secure yard for your dog. It is situated on a quiet street, only a couple of minutes drive away from major sporting venues, shopping centre and the Grammar School. A few more minutes to the lake and the CBD. A Portacot and high chair can be supplied.

"The Californian" Ballarat, is a beautiful 1920's Californian Bungalow that has been fully renovated with all the luxury modern conveniences whilst paying homage to and retaining its breathtaking original period features. The property is centrally located on Dana Street, within walking distance to the CBD, Sturt Street,Shopping, Cafe's & Restaurants, The Art's & Theatre Precinct, Lake Wendouree, Ballarat Base and St Johns Private Hospitals, and Ballarat Central Train/ Bus Station.

Rosie’s cottage is an ideal getaway. You can choose to be busy bike riding or sightseeing up Mt Buninyong. Set in an idyllic bush setting there are also opportunities to enjoy leisurely bush walks, a bike ride or a stroll to the local coffee shops. Only a 5 minute drive to Buninyong or a 15 minute drive to Ballarat, events and attractions can be easily accessed. Upon enjoyment of these, a return to Rosie’s cottage offers a tranquil stay- with access to free wifi & Netflix
