The Cottage is within a short walking distance to downtown Fremont, Greenlake, Phinney Ridge, Woodland Park Zoo and several award winning restaurants and coffee shops. Please Note!! I am always available for questions.. I live in the main house in the front but you will have complete privacy. It's a very safe area and people are warm and friendly. Check out the farmers' market on Saturdays at Bainbridge Performing Arts. You have space to park one car in the carport.

Loft-like private unit in townhouse. 16ft ceilings, airy, open and comfortable. Walls of windows with privacy screens. On a busy street but quiet back bedroom. Unit has one queen bed and a twin air mattress. Walk outside to catch the bus going to downtown Seattle. Downtown Ballard with great restaurants, bars, and stores about 1.2 miles. No kitchen but there is coffee, tea, toaster and microwave and a full set of dishes and a mini-fridge. ADA accessible. No check out chores.
