It is one of several similar properties situated on a quiet and well cared for site that overlooks a field of grazing deer Please note; the lodge is located on a family oriented site and is not suitable for Stag, Hen, or other similar parties. Little Birch Cabin is surround by fantastic scenery and wildlife. We are beside the RSPB Insh Marshes nature reserve and the beautiful Cairngorm mountains. The cabin backs onto a large forest leading into Glenfeshie the Cairngorms and beyond. Red Squirrels, Badgers, Pine martins, Crested Tits and many more are frequent visitors to the garden. Loch Insh is 3 miles away. Highland wildlife park is a superb nearby attraction. It is an ideal location for all nature lovers, walkers and cyclists.

The cabin sleeps two, with a cosy bed in the mezzanine, a shower room, open plan sitting and kitchenette and balcony with spectacular views over the loch below. Dufftown is 3.5 miles , Keith is 7 miles and the village of Drummuir 1.5 miles

Charleston Lodge is a 45 x 20ft wide lodge & has an outstanding view from the private deck area. A tranquil oasis away from the hustle & bustle, but only a 10 minute drive to the nearest shops in Banchory. Free Wi Fi. private Parking 4.pm arrival is normally requested but an earlier arrival time may be possible if the lodge is ready. Please just ask. Departure time is 10.am so that the lodge can be serviced in good time for next guests.
