Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Self contained unit with bathroom and galley kitchen on ground floor of a large residential home. Off street parking for 1 vehicle. Seperate access for guests, undercover outdoor area with adjoining grassed area, full kitchen with all fittings utensils and coffee pod machine. The Studio has just had an update in March 2025 with a completely new Bathroom fitout, updated appliances and new flooring. There is an undercover outdoor with a bbq.

Local neighbourhood shops including cafe, bakery, butcher, post office, supermarket, Indian Restaurant, bottle shop and pharmacy approximately 700m away (10 min walk).

The haven is only a 2 minute walk to the beach, lake, surf club, great coffee and restaurants making it the perfect space to relax. It is a sunny self contained modern unit with a private, fenced courtyard and garden. North facing, it captures warmth in winter and cool breezes in summer. The full thickness queen sized bed is a wall bed and can be easily tilted up into the wall to allow for a flexible space.
