Inneholder gang, bad, 1 soverom, stue og kjøkken. Liten privat uteplass. Parkering for 1 bil like ved inngangen. Eierne bor i hovedleiligheten i huset. Leiligheten ligger på Ørsnes, ca 9 km. fra byen Svolvær. Andre steder i nærheten: Kabelvåg 5 km. Henningsvær 15 km Harstad/Narvik lufthavn Evenes 174 km Å i Lofoten 120 km.

Kano kan fritt brukes med forbehold om at redningsvester brukes og sjø kunnskap er til stede. På eget ansvar. Badestamp er vedfyrt og må avtales for oppfyring. Tilleggspris pr gang tilkommer.
