This lovely open plan space forms part of what was once a traditional farm steading and sits in a quiet and peaceful setting. Guests also have use of a tennis court within the grounds. St Andrews, with its famous golf courses and beaches is just 20 mins by car.

Situated in Scotland near to Piperdam Golf Course, Dundee, and within easy travelling distance of Edinburgh, St Andrews, Dunkeld, Perthshire. We are dog friendly and can accommodate one house trained dog.

There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.
